so.wiki – Request to add interface-admin to an existing bot

Hello,

I am requesting that interface-admin rights be added to my existing bot account (User:AbshirBot) on Soomaali Wikipedia.

The purpose of this request is to allow the bot to update MediaWiki:Sitenotice using Pywikibot (replace.py) for project-wide announcements.

The bot’s task will be strictly limited to sitenotice updates only. It will not perform deletions, blocks, or any other administrative actions.

All changes will be tested in advance (sandbox and simulate mode), and the bot will be closely monitored. I take full responsibility for the bot’s operation.

If preferred, this permission may be granted temporarily.
