Reer Aw Xasan, Reer Aw Xasan waa qabiil ka tirsan Beesha Ashraafoo leh taariikh qani ah.

Reer Aw Xasan waxay u kala baxaan dhowr jilib-hoosaad oo kala duwan, kuwaas oo ah qaybaha ugu muhiimsan ee beesha. Jilib-hoosaadyadani waxay yihiin :

1. Reer Aw Saacid

2.Reer Aw Mahdi

3. Reer Aw Cilmi

4. Reer Aw Udgoon

Jilib-hoosaadyadan ayaa ka tarjuma heerarka kala duwan ee bulshada iyo taariikhda beesha Reer Aw Xasan, iyadoo mid kastaaba leeyahay kaalmadiisa iyo doorkiisa.

Reer Aw Xasan badidoodu waxay deggan yihiin gobollada koonfureed ee Soomaaliya, gaar ahaan gobollada Shabeellaha Hoose iyo Hiiraan, iyo sidoo kale gobolka Soomaalida ee Itoobiya iyo waqooyi bari Kenya. Qaar ka mid ah waxay uguureen gobolka Banaadir.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

The Aw Hassan family is a clan of the ashraaf tribe with a rich history. Historically, they have played an important role in religious leadership and scholarship, often becoming scholars, teachers, and community leaders. They also have a noticeable influence in Somali politics.

The Reer Aw Xasan clan is divided into several major sub-clans. These include:

1.Reer Aw Saacid

2.Reer Aw Mahdi

3. Reer Aw Cilmi

4. Reer Aw Udgoone

These sub-clans represent the different branches of the Reer Aw Xasan and each one has its own role and contribution within the clan.[1]

Most members of the Reer Aw Xasan live in the southern regions of Somalia, especially Lower Shabelle and Hiiraan. They are also found in the Somali Region of Ethiopia and in northeastern Kenya. Some families have moved to the Benadir region.
