Mohamed Bashir Abukar (Af Soomaali : Maxamed Bashir Abukar, Af Carabi: محمد بشير أبوكر, is a Somali Student graduated from University of Somalia "UNISO" Department of Public Adminstration. A member of the Peace and Justice Party, he served as the Deputy of Hilweyne Assaciation Adale in 2017-2019. In February 2019, Bashir was appointed head of students of P&J party affairs by Ex benadir regional commitioner Hassan mohamed Husein Mungaab.
